I ordered a bed and felt a bit misled by how little communication there was after I paid. I expected to be kept in the loop, but I ended up having to chase for updates myself. There was no clear delivery time, and when I did get replies, they were slow and didn’t really help much.

I had to return a bed frame because I’d ordered the wrong size, which was completely my mistake. I only realised when I checked the measurements again and noticed the width was off by a few inches. I emailed them expecting a bit of back and forth, but the reply came through quickly and was actually clear, which I always appreciate.
The collection was arranged without any drama, and they gave me the day and rough details so I knew what to expect. The refund showed back on my card a few days later, and I kept checking the statement because I’m fussy about that sort of thing. No chasing, no awkward questions, just sorted properly

I found what I needed without having to click around forever, and the checkout actually worked without throwing a tantrum. The confirmation email came through straight away too. I’m giving 4 stars because some of the product details could definitely be clearer, but I managed in the end, so no major drama.

Customer service was actually helpful and got back to me fairly quickly. They explained what was going on with my order and answered my question without making it a whole big thing, which was nice. I did have to chase them once, but it’s fine, totally fine, not like I was checking my emails every five minutes or anything. Overall, a decent experience.

The delivery just wasn’t as quick as I thought it would be. I ended up waiting a few extra days, and the updates were a bit all over the place?? Like, am I getting it today or not??

The bed itself is fine and I don’t really have complaints about that side of things. But for delivery speed, I’d probably call the whole experience average.

I was disappointed with this. For the price, it feels kind of cheap and not as sturdy as I expected. I also never got any follow-up after reaching out, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

I’ll be honest, I wasn’t totally sure about ordering a mattress online. When it first arrived I was like, hmm, have I messed up here? Took a night or two to get used to it. But then suddenly I was all in. It’s actually really comfy, not too soft and not too firm, and I’ve been sleeping so much better since. Really happy with it now.

They turned up when they said they would, and it was no hassle at all.
